FIRE ACADEMY
We are the premier Firefighter Academy in DFW and are approved by the Texas Commission on Fire Prevention. In 2017, our academy had over 50 students graduate and obtain a Basic Fire Suppression Certification. The instructors are lifelong learners themselves and teach the most effective, research-based methods in fire science.

EMT
In 2017, the DeSoto Fire Training Center had over 80 students complete the EMT-Basic classes and receive certifications. The Training Center is a known and trusted educational facility for EMT preparation and the graduating classes regularly have high passing rates on National EMT exams. The courses are taught by certified professionals and they fill up quickly, so register soon!
